Vantage Associates takes a pragmatic and flexible approach to each assignment we undertake. Supported by our extensive database, research capabilities and strong network of personal and professional contacts, we are equally comfortable working on both contingency search or retained search basis.
Open communication is important to us. All assignments start with a consultation process to define and understand the needs of the client. Thereafter, the best course of action is mutually agreed, taking into account the intricacies of the role, the expectations and timings, the search budget and prevailing market conditions.
We use apply a variety of both established and innovative approaches to conduct the actual search. All candidates will be thoroughly interviewed and pre-screened before a shortlist is presented to the client. When the candidates presented are selected for the role, we will also help to deliver the offer and assist in bridging any pay or expectation gaps. In addition, reference checks as required by the client can also be conducted in detail to validate a candidate’s background.
From the first meeting through to the offer stage, our consultants will work closely with our clients with the singular goal of finding the right candidate to fit the challenges of the role.
